  1. What are your hours of operation?
    Bucket ‘n’ Broom operates Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. to better accommodate our clients.
  2. Do I need to be home during a cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be present during a cleaning. For security purposes, all house or office keys are assigned a secret code. A lock out fee may apply if no key is provided and cleaners cannot access your home or office.
  3. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my maid service?
    Bucket ‘n’ Broom asked that you contact us 48-hours before your scheduled home cleaning if you need to alter dates. Charges may be applied if you fail to cancel your cleaning appointment within 24-hours.
  4. Are there any tasks I should complete before a house/residential or commercial cleaning service?
    We ask that you try to pick up any toys, clothing, office supplies and other items before your scheduled cleaning.
  5. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
    No, you do not need to provide any supplies nor equipment. If you have any specific products you would like for our maids to use, that is perfectly fine. Every Bucket ‘n’ Broom crew brings their own supplies.
  6. What does “Green Cleaning” mean?
    Our green cleaning process involves using products that are harmless to both you and your family and the environment. We try to promote a healthier home and atmosphere.
  7. What time should I expect my Bucket ‘n’ Broom maid?
    All Bucket ‘n’ Broom maids are scheduled to arrive 15-mins before your cleaning services. If you prefer a more strict time for arrival, please contact your local Bucket ‘n’ Broom who will work with you.
  8. What should I do if something is broken or damaged during a Bucket ‘n’ Broom house or office cleaning?
    Bucket 'n' Broom is insured and bonded. If anything is broken or damaged, we will either repair or replace the item.
  9. How do I pay for my cleaning service?
    All cleaning payments are due the day of the service. You can either leave a check (payable to Bucket ‘n’ Broom House and Commercial Cleaning Services) or pay online at www.bucketnbroom.com.
  10. During the cleaning process, will I be able to restrict any areas?
    Yes. Please notify your local office to specify which areas or rooms you prefer not to be cleaned.
  11. Will Bucket ‘n’ Broom cleaning maids or contractors clean my home or commercial space?
    We care about our clients and their needs, so we take the time to professionally train and supervise all of our employees, and evaluate all of our contracted employees. Only Bucket ‘n’ Broom approved personnel will take care of your cleaning needs.
  12. What is Bucket ‘n’ Broom’s cleaning service guarantee?
    Bucket ‘n’ Broom’s cleaning maids provide a 100% service satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, call us within 24-hours and we will reclean the area with no cost to you.
